Privacy notice

Who is responsible

MADINA GIFT SHOP LTD is responsible for the information submitted through this storefront. Our registered company details and contact channels appear below. Contact us about the way your information is used or to make a data-protection request.

Information you provide

An order request contains your name, email address, telephone number, proposed delivery address, selected products, quantities and any notes you choose to include. Avoid sensitive information in the notes. Enquiries sent by email or telephone are separate communications with the shop.

Why we use it

We use request details to record your selection, answer questions and discuss a possible purchase. Steps requested before entering a contract and performance of an agreed contract are the relevant bases where applicable. Security, fraud prevention and essential administration may rely on legitimate interests, subject to your rights.

Browser and server storage

Your cart and unfinished checkout draft are stored in this browser. Successful requests are written to a protected server intake and assigned a reference. Checkout does not automatically email the shop, take payment or share your details with an advertising network. Essential server logs may record technical request information for operation and security.

Retention and access

We retain information only as needed to handle a request, administer an agreed purchase, meet applicable legal obligations and resolve disputes. There is no claim of an automatic deletion schedule here. Access should be limited to people and service providers who need it for those purposes; suppliers processing information must have appropriate safeguards.

Your rights

UK data-protection law may give you rights of access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, depending on the circumstances and lawful basis. Contact us with sufficient information to locate the request; we may need proportionate identity checks. You can raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Optional technologies

No analytics or advertising scripts are currently installed. The cookie settings allow you to save optional category choices explicitly. The separate cookie policy explains necessary cart, draft, session and preference storage. Do not submit third-party personal information unless you have a proper reason to do so.
